We were excited to talk to Hipther, a global media brand and event organizer in iGaming, about where AI player support stands today and where it is heading next.

The conversation starts from a clear picture of the market. Over 80% of customer support teams now use some form of AI, yet only around a quarter have taken it from pilot to full production. iGaming sits at the center of that transition, with real players, real money and real regulatory scrutiny shaping every deployment.

In the piece, we look at three shifts shaping the year ahead:

🔹 Measurement is growing up. Automation rate is giving way to first-contact resolution, CSAT and player outcomes.
🔹 iGaming-native platforms are gaining traction. Wagering logic, payment flows and PAM integrations arrive already understood.
🔹 Responsible gambling is becoming a baseline. Regulators are asking how automated systems detect and escalate at-risk behaviour.

We also share the signals worth watching, from iGaming AI support moving closer to the PAM layer to multi-brand, multi-jurisdiction rollouts becoming the standard case, and what that means for operators planning their next step.

Our view is consistent throughout: the strongest results come from accuracy, compliance and player wellbeing built into the automation itself, with an experienced human escalation team behind it.
