Raphie on the Cover of Gaming International Online’s November 2026 Issue
News
We’re excited to share that Raphie is the cover story of the latest issue of Gaming International Online (GIO), one of the industry’s respected iGaming publications. The November 2026 edition, titled “The ROI of AI Support Resolution” is live in print at SiGMA Rome and digitally on the GIO website.
The cover feature explores how agentic AI turns player support into measurable and scalable value for iGaming operators. Our Co-founders, Justin Heath and Alex Jones, share their perspective across a large section of the issue, covering:
🔹 Why deflection hides the cost it claims to cut
🔹 How the return on support reads across three lines
🔹 What accountable, measured and verified automation looks like
🔹 Why the return stays in the operator’s control
At the center of the piece is a simple idea: resolution is the number that reflects what a player actually experienced, and it is the one that holds up in a board meeting. Measure support by resolution, and it becomes a line operators invest in.
A big thank you to the GIO team for the cover and for giving this conversation such a prominent place in the issue.
